Accessibility for visitors with physical impairments

The park is well suited for visitors with physical impairments. The wide paths and walkways make it easy to move around. The beach is equipped with a ramp and facilities for those who need safe, easy access to the water. The facilities also provide a safe environment for younger children who are learning to swim.

Public restrooms

There are three public restrooms available within the park and next to the parking area by “the sugarmound”, the popular rest stop with a view over the lake Mjøsa and the surrounding area. All the restrooms have an accessible toilet.

The parking area at Mjøsparken has six accessible parking spaces.
